Last night C & I enjoyed our first Movie-&-Meal. Of course the main entree' was Seafood Cornbread, can't get much better than shrimp, cornbread, crab cakes, jalepenos, cheese & more! This delicious dish is a favorite in the Baker household & I think we'll keep it around for the Neel's too :)
To accompany this seafood dish C, came up with "The Hunt for Red October", a link to the IMDB review for the movie is on the title of this post. The entire movie was featured "unda tha sea", in a submarine. This of course went PERFECT with our meal! So far this idea has been a success, we've already got tons o' ideas swirling around for next week!
