Charming Charlie

Ok so yesterday mom, Chelle & I went to Charming Charlie's, a jewelry/accessory store. It's the 2nd time Michelle & I have been in the past two weeks and had to take mom to show her!

I got some fabulous finds including a $5 purse for shopping days!

If you haven't stopped by a CC you must find one! You can find fashion jewelry that is all over the place Pinterest, magazines, etc. for CHEAP!

The Maxi Dress

Okay so Polyvore is a fun website to design outfits. It's like paper dolls for adults! So for today's post I'm sharing my "maxi dress" set created on polyvore.com

This style is one of the most comfortable trends out right now. I love the different color combinations available from simple to complicated. I also love that you don't have to alter flattery for style. Maxi dresses come in several tops (halter, strapless, etc.) and can be worn from beach to dinner! 

On my recent shopping spree I grabbed a maxi for $8.99 at ROSS that is similar to the black and white one above! It's purple instead of white though. I think it's going to be the perfect cover up or Saturday shopping dress to keep cool and comfort in check!

This week's Too Cute Tuesday is three of my favorite accessory finds in the last week or so from Pinterest, enjoy!

Green pumps to start are a fun way to perk up any plain and simple dress but the "love" anklet takes this to a whole new level for me! Add that to a night on the town and you're sure to be the center of attention no matter your scene!

Picture Prints

Well the today show has done it again & inspired a look I love!
Today Show

Today Bobbie's Buzz featured "picture prints" on clothing. Several were under $50 and at stores like H&M, Zara and even JCPennys! I can't wait to start my search for the perfect print whether it be from top to bottom!

These were my favorite pick out of Today's segment by Mother Denim. Bobbie was sporting them in the video I linked above ("Today Show"). I love the way she paired simple black blouse and pumps with the busy pattern! Although these are a tad above my price range I think the trend is going to explode soon and we'll be able to get more at the stores mentioned!

Triple Tuesday-3 Fun Web Finds!

Too Cute Tuesday finds...

This initial necklace makes for a stylish find for brides to be. This blogger mentioned it as a gift from her MiL to wear at the reception, such a fun idea. I'm thinking this may be on my birthday or Christmas list:) 

I love this tulip coverup at Nordstroms the colors are bright and fun and it would be such a cozy piece to have before grabbing lunch at the beach! 

Sense.com had this beautiful coral bag (sold out now) Of course it was well over my budget coming in at $1225 but I know there are stores that would have something similar for cheaper!

Duds & Pups

Happy too cute Tuesday!

Today I went Mothers Day, Birthday & Anniversary shopping. However, no such luck after 2 hours @ Kohls. BUT I did find some great finds for me, we won't talk about the guilt for that lol. I got wedges, flip flop wedges, a dress & a blouse for a whopping total of $35! Everything (pictured below) was on clearance & I saved a total of $105. If that's not a deal I don't know what is!

I have a friend who grew up not far from Marshall and played softball with me some through high school. She is quite the fashionista and found the PERFECT pair of floral pants @ ZARA check out her blog to see all of her fabulous finds & great looks: Happily Grey

Now for my dream cutie who is pictured below (photo cred. to Pinterest)...C & I want a little pup so bad but obviously we need to wait a bit to get on our feet & settled in a while. Oh well a girl can dream:) Have any favorite pup names...send 'em in! We've got a few stored up for the future too:)
