New Year

This year Chance and I took it easy at home for New Years...sounds a lot like what we did last year..oh wait it is! We are experts in "chill" evenings, in fact that is usually what we do on "high action" times of the year! This year holds new things for us. We hope to purchase our first home, take a family vacation for my parents 40th Anniversary, hopefully take a mini-vacation just the two of us, I'll get to have my first summer "off"...even though I was off last year it was much different with worries and job searching...we both plan to get our health back to our norm, we have lost all routine since we got full time jobs. These are a few of our 2013 goals but there are so many things we tend to focus on that we lose meaning in our day to day activities.
My personal resolution is to take each day for what it's worth. I have 190 students who need love and encouragement NOW not this summer, I have a husband who works and provides for us daily and it is to be appreciated, I have a family who deserves respect and encouraging as well, I even have & will have neighbors that may need support and encouragement. There is much to do today, so as we plan our years worth of resolutions, let's remember what God gives us each day and use it for His glory!
