Phase 1: Backyard!

C & I just moved into a 1940's small 2-1 home near downtown. We are SO close to all of the fun places & way closer to my work, hooray! I love how these homes have character without having to do much. But you know there's no way I can't decorate:) so ill post some before & afters to share our progress along the way!

We'll start with the backyard. The grass hadn't been laid when we first moved in so imagining the layout/decor was a speck hard. BUT then came the gorgeous green grass & our back yard went from blah to AHH!!! We love it SO much & hosted our first party last weekend. We had 12 people & it was perfect for eatibg, playing games & relaxing. We honestly didn't do much decor., hung a few lanterns on trees & put out seating. The hammock is a fabulous story in itself, maybe for a bloopers post on the transformations!
