Thankfully I have passed all of my teacher certification exams now. I got my scores in the mail a couple of weeks ago which means all I am lacking is Student Teaching (this Fall) to be a fully certified teacher. I am so excited to get my assignment for ST in a couple of weeks. Boy, this sure doesn't seem real...but I'll take it :)
This summer I haven't got to do much with children and I am def. missing their sweet ways. However, I am taking these last 2 weeks to wind down and get organized for the adventure to come this fall. This past Friday was my last day of work (where I've worked since I came to college), it was bittersweet, but def. going to be a good time to get some "me" time! I love reorganizing and I am going to do quite a bit of it during this time....yippy!
I still can't believe you are already student teaching! I am so excited for you. I love that we are both teaching and can share stories! You are going to be a great teacher.
