Christmas Wrapped Up

We are blessed beyond belief with family. From my family to Chances we are loved. This Christmas was bittersweet. We lost my Granny on the 27th but were able to say our "see ya laters" as she weakened. God is good. Here's to family!

Christmas Eve: Floyd family gathered for their anual white elephant exchange. Mom wasn't able to make it this year because her immune system is so weak we wanted her to stay healthy! Everyone ended up going by afterwards to love on Granny! Thankful.

Christmas Eve night we went to my brothers place to exchange with my immediate family. This has been a tough year with moms liver disease progressing. We are so glad to have had time to be together.
Christmas Day: We spent the day with Chances family at Gma Neels house. Little did we know a few days later we would be battling in prayer for Jennings our beautiful cousin who contracted H1N1 the next day. So glad we saw her smiling face that day. Follow her on FB and Caring Bridge but most importantly pray!

Granny passed away on the 27th. I was able to tell her thank you for showing me how to love Jesus. How to laugh religiously at life. How to bake. How to see. How to have real life, tough conversations, with ease. How to love unselfishly. I was blessed with such wonderful grandparents. She will always be missed. Love you always Granny.
Great Wolf Lodge with the Neels:

Chances parents gave us all a weekend at GWL in grapevine for Christmas. Such a great kids place! We only got to go for a bit on Saturday but we packed it full with our nieces first pedicure, swimming, pictures, color t-shirts, relax 5 minutes in the spa:)
